Send an annotated sequence and project requirements for a technical feasibility review.
A synthesis brief that can be assessed
Custom peptide synthesis brings sequence design, chemistry, purification and analytical requirements into one project scope. Provide the intended product rather than only a short name: sequence, terminal groups, modifications, counter-ion preference, quantity and the research workflow that will use the material.
Sequence & chemistry
Include standard or non-standard residues, stereochemistry, attachment sites and cyclization requirements.
Purity & content
Set the target criteria and identify which attributes need to be measured. Purity, content and identity are distinct questions.
Quantity & format
Specify the amount needed for trials and any later scale-up scenario. Packaging and subdivision can be discussed.
Acceptance & records
Agree the relevant methods, document set, review milestones and intellectual-property responsibilities.
Project review and handover
The technical team reviews the requested structure and proposed deliverables before confirming feasibility, price or timing. If changes are needed, the revised sequence or chemistry should be explicitly approved. Keep the approved brief and the resulting documents under the same project reference so that sampling and later orders use the same specification.
Confidential sequence files are stored for authorized staff review. The form accepts TXT, FASTA, CSV and PDF references. Do not send a clinical-use instruction or assume that a research material listing establishes suitability for patient use.
