Supplier qualification documents and scope
Certificates and facility claims should be reviewed for the named entity and site.

Certificates and facility claims should be reviewed for the named entity and site.
Check applicability
Read the organization, address, scope, issuing body and validity information on a certificate. A document for another organization or product category should not be presented as covering the current supplier. Company descriptions and generated facility images are not substitutes for the relevant evidence.
Ask for the project-specific set
Explain the qualification requirements of your organization and the intended product category. The supplier can then identify what evidence applies. Do not infer accredited testing, GMP, sterility or approval from a broad website claim or a group of certificate logos.
Review checklist
- Named entity and site
- Document scope and validity
- Relationship to the offered product
- Qualification requirements
- Clarifications retained with supplier review
Include this in your enquiry
Send the precise material or project identity, target amount and destination, together with the questions in this checklist. State which requirements are fixed and which need technical review. The team can then confirm the relevant document or development scope. Keep the agreed requirements with the quotation and project reference.
