Discuss sample, pilot and commercial requirements for the exact material or development program.
Ask for the amount your project needs
A minimum order depends on identity, synthesis or development work, source presentation, packaging and supply conditions. We do not apply a fabricated universal minimum to every material. State both the immediate research need and any later pilot or production scenario so that the team can evaluate the appropriate scope.
Sampling should answer a question
Before requesting a prototype, define how it will be evaluated. Material identification, analytical attributes, handling, format or packaging may be the relevant questions. Agree what the sample represents and what will still need to be assessed at a later stage.
Catalog samples
Request the catalog presentation and the applicable batch documents.
Custom synthesis
Provide the sequence, target amount, terminal groups, modifications and purity target.
Format prototypes
Define the formula, dimensions, packaging and intended evaluation.
Scale-up planning
Explain the quantity scenarios and which quality attributes must be carried through development.
Prepare your project brief
- Immediate and later target amounts.
- Exact identity or development brief.
- Sample evaluation objectives.
- Packaging and documentation needs.
- Destination and proposed review schedule.
