Custom composition, pouch construction and packaging review for a defined development program.
Define the product before the presentation
An oral pouch concept requires its own formula, material and regulatory review. It should not be treated as interchangeable with an oral film or a pharmaceutical preparation. Prototype appearance and packaging alone do not establish release or absorption behavior.

Fill composition
State the ingredients and any restrictions on substrate, additives or sensory profile.
Pouch structure
Discuss dimensions, substrate compatibility, fill quantity basis and the testing required for the intended product.
Container & label
Define tin or container configuration, seal, artwork and required information.
Market review
Specify the destination and intended category. Ingredient permission and finished-product claims are reviewed for that route.
From prototype to an agreed specification
Begin with the technical brief and destination market. Agree sample objectives, review milestones, analytical needs and packaging decisions. Changes to composition, construction or use claims should be reflected in the approved specification. OEM, ODM, CRO and CDMO scope can be discussed according to the stage and responsibilities of the program.
Prepare your project brief
- Material identity and composition brief.
- Format, dimensions and packaging goals.
- Prototype evaluation criteria.
- Target quantities and destination market.
- Required documentation and responsible reviewers.
